Im International Pastafarians Captains Conclave treffen sich die Kapitäne und Steuerleute der pastafarianischen Kirchen. Hier stellen wir uns vor, reden über unsere Probleme und Aktionen, lernen voneinander und versuchen uns auch gegenseitig zu helfen.
Dort landete auch eine Bitte aus Kasachstan. Die dortige Kirche wollte sich eintragen lassen und die Behörden wollten das nur genehmigen, wenn der Nachweis erbracht wird, in anderen Ländern ist das schon geschehen. Wir haben uns angeboten, das zu übernehmen, Mailkontakt hergestellt und versprochen, so ein Dokument nach Kasachstan zu liefern.
Das sollte aber unbedingt eine Apostille sein.
Wisst ihr, was das ist? Ich wusste es nicht, die Angestellten des hiesigen Notars wohl auch nicht, denn sie gaben uns einen Termin für die Ausstellung. Erst bei dem erfuhren wir dann vom Notar, die gibts nur direkt beim Amtsgericht, bei dem das Vereinsregister geführt wird. Ein Anruf brachte die Auskunft, nach einem schriftlichen Antrag wird die gern ausgestellt und, weil wir gemeinnützig sind, sogar kostenlos.
Tatsächlich war die Apostille dann nach knapp einer Woche bei uns.
Post nach Kasachstan
Nun musste die nur noch sicher nach Kasachstan zu Vsewolod, einem der Gründer der Kirche. Das ging am besten per Einschreiben. Da es in Templin keine Post mehr gibt – nur noch eine Poststelle in einem Laden – haben wir das lieber von Berlin aus gemacht. Von da an warteten und warteten wir, es ist weit bis Kasachstan. Dann war der Brief aber doch angekommen.
Vsewolod schickte eine Mail „Bird in a cage!!“ mit dem Bild oben. Da war natürlich die Freude auch bei uns groß.
Auch über das, was dann in der nächsten Mail stand.
„Ich bin sehr dankbar für die geleistete Arbeit. Wir gedenken dieses apostillierten Dokuments unserer Reliquie „Heiliger Papyrus“ und werden es aufbewahren und dem Oberhaupt der Kirche zusammen mit der Autorität des Leiters übermitteln. Der Tag der Registrierung wird zum Feiertag erklärt.“
Na, das hört sich doch prima an.
Auch über ein paar andere Pläne, z.B. ein eigenes FSM-Piratenlied aufzunehmen, hat Vsewolod berichtet. Ich bin gespannt, wie das wird und wie es in Kasachstan weiter geht.
Vielleicht kann ich unseren neuen Piraten im Bund überreden, mal einen Gastbeitrag für das Wort zu schreiben, in dem er uns seine Kirche vorstellt.

In the International Pastafarians Captains Conclave the captains and helmsmen of the Pastafarian churches meet. Here we introduce ourselves, talk about our problems and actions, learn from each other and also try to help each other.
A request from Kazakhstan also landed there. The church there wanted to be registered and the authorities only wanted to approve this if proof was provided that this had already been done in other countries. We offered to take over this, made mail contact and promised to deliver such a document.
But it should be an apostille.
Do you know what it is? I didn’t know, the employees of the local notary didn’t know either, because they gave us an appointment for the issuance. Only at the appointment we found out from the notary, that the apostille is only available directly at the local court, where the register of associations is kept. A call brought the information, after a written request it is gladly issued and, because we are non-profit, even free of charge.
In fact, the apostille was with us after just under a week.
Now it only had to be sent safely to Kazakhstan to Vsewolod, one of the founders of the church. This was best done by registered mail. Since there is no post office in Templin anymore – only a post office in a store – we preferred to do this from Berlin. From then on we waited and waited, it eist far to Kazakhstan. But then the letter arrived.
Vsewolod sent a mail „Bird in a cage!!“ with the picture above. Of course we were very happy about that.
Also about what was then written in the next mail.
„We commemorate this apostilled document of our relic „Holy Papyrus“ and will keep and transmit to the head of the church along with the authority of the leader. The day of registration will be declared a holiday“

Vsevolod has also reported on a few other plans, such as recording his own FSM pirate song. I’m curious to see how this will turn out and how it will go on in Kazakhstan.
Maybe I can persuade our new pirate in the federation to write a guest contribution for the word, in which he introduces his church to us.
